For employers and works councils, we offer advice and assistance based on our know-how in labor law, which has been built up over a decade.

Be it in the communication between employer and works council or the design of a balanced structure of works agreements (in particular in the areas of data protection, design of remuneration structures, mobile working, home office, occupational safety, reconciliation of interests and social plan).

If negotiations between the parties fail, the conciliation body can be an adequate way of reconciling their mutual interests under labor law.

In this type of dispute resolution or mediation, too, we have answers and suggestions for our clients thanks to the support we have provided in numerous proceedings before conciliation boards.
