• Research assistant at leading law firms in Frankfurt/Main specializing in commercial law
• 2008: First state law examination
• 2010: Second state law examination
• Trainee at the US law firm HBS P.C. in Atlanta/Georgia within the scope of the elective station of the legal clerkship.
• 2011: Attorney / Associate at two medium-sized law firms in Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse in the area of labor law / general civil law / data protection.
• 2014-today Attorney and partner at Maiss Rechtsanwälte PartG with offices in Frankfurt and Darmstadt.
• 2023 Specialist Attorney for labor law

Main areas of practice

• Employment law - legal support at all levels of individual and collective employment law - e.g. in connection with terminations, termination agreements and works agreements; support in connection with restructuring measures as well as litigation and conciliation board proceedings throughout Germany.
• General civil law - warranty, rescission, compensation for damages
• Data protection - legal support in the initial establishment, implementation and further development of a uniform data protection system.
• Legal support of small and medium-sized companies in negotiations of contracts under civil law and data protection law, e.g. distribution, agency and sales representative contracts, joint venture contracts, general terms and conditions, order processing contracts, joint control contracts, data protection declaration, processing directory.
